The house is situated to take advantage of rural and ocean views and designed to blend into its semi-bush setting. Materials and finishes, such as the marri kitchen benchtops created from timber milled on the property, all add to the sense of belonging. A composting toilet has been installed as an environmentally-friendly choice.

Guests are welcome to wander the farm and meet the animals, including abundant wildlife and birds, and there is even a private karri forest on the property for your exploration.
